life is full of ironies and i finally felt it. i was the one tt invited sl to go for a run and be my pacer but in the end i'm the one who can't run for the next few weeks..sprained ankle n i'm having my tkd grading on tue..woah..soo 'good' i must say..

really very depressed last night and my ankle is swollen today. doctor tmr after going to kampong for my (cursed) pw!! all the deadlines are coming together like they like me so much

jokes aside, my tutor is down with a sore throat and really wanted to wish him a speedy recovery! can you hear me!!

SY:medicine ball is like medicine, good for our body but the process is so so painful.
